DepotHouse is surrounded by the culturally and environmentally valuable Kitseküla region. The region has an interesting architecture and history.

DepotHouse is located close to the Tallinn-Väike (Tallinn-Small) train stop. The story behind the name of the station is that this used to be the most important narrow-gauge railway in Tallinn, where the railway itself and the rolling stock were “smaller”.

The culturally and environmentally valuable Kitseküla region consists of three unique parts: a workers’ district from the tsarist era, a set of Tallinn-type wooden houses with stone stairwells from the 1920s and 1930s, and a Stalinist ensemble of buildings from the late 1940s.

The logistic location of the building is excellent for residents with cars as well as for people who prefer public transport or cycling.
